    Launchcast went away when CBS bought out the music part of Yahoo, so what you're looking for is either the Foxy Tunes or Yahoo Music Plug-in. Here's the proper way to install plug-ins on Yahoo Messenger. Click Add Plug-ins, scroll to the one you want and click where it says, "Stop", that actually turns the Plug-in on. What you're reading on this plug-in page is actually their operating position, not what you want them to do and that's kind of confusing until you finally get one turned on. After you turn it on, it automatically goes over to your Messenger and it's from there that you get it to function. But generally, you click on the plug-in to get it started, then the left signal to maximize your view and show the rest of the plug-in to you. Once the plug-in opens, it should be obvious how to run it, but I'd suggest you move your cursor over everything and click every arrow to get to know your options and the positioning of them.
