Just installed latest version of Messenger. I can't install any of the plug-ins like Launchcast. Says...?

I don't know why this would happen. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Messenger and see if the problem persists. Also, as a workaround, you can listen to Launchcast at music.yahoo.com. Sign in and click Play My Station. Or you could download the free Yahoo Music Jukebox player and listen to Launchcast on that. I know this doesn't solve the problem, but at least you can hear your music.
