Is it possible to see/view source code of windows mobile apps in windows phone store?

I want to watch a source code of a windows app I like, does Microsoft allow it? or you only install the app without right to watch the code?

No. The app developer owns the source code. They can choose release via open source, but most do not.

No. You can't view the source code of Windows Store Apps. You can only see source code of Apps only if you are a developer that too of your apps only, not others!
