Within the fort, the best choice is Killa Bhawan. Staying within the fort has it's own charms but there are increasing concerns about the added load this puts on the infrastructure within the monument (particularly all the water that hotel guests use erodes the sandstone that the fort is built upon). So if you decide to stay within the fort, be very responsible with your water usage. Outside the fort, the best choices are The Serai, Rang Mahal, Nachana Haveli and The Gateway. Hope this helps.
