Aleeve, HOT baths or shower and swimming..Exercise seems to work better than anything..But on the days i can barely move...I take an Aleeve with the daily Glucosamine/Chondotin Vitamin to get the edge off

Have you had the arthritis in your feet officially diagnosed. I thought I had arthritis in my feet and it was you describe. I do have arthritis in my knees but it turned out to be metatarsalgia in my feet and it has been helped by having special insoles made by the hospital. It is worth a thought.

I really do feel for you, my wife has had Arthritis for years and she is very delicate to touch, I think the pain is there all the time and all you can do is supress it, the tablets are not helping much at all and I wish I knew what the answer was.
