How do I wake up early in the morning without feeling sick?

What is the best way to wake up early without feeling tired in the morning.?

    I wish I knew the perfect answer! I used to ask my mom why God made us go to sleep when we weren't tired, and made us get up when we were! The best way I found to wake up early was to have a newborn...then I woke up early and late and all night long. If you don't have that option, though, I would suggest going to bed early enough to make sure you get the optimum amount of sleep you need- eight hours is what most people need to not feel tired. Then when you get up, drink a cup of coffee or soda, I like red bull, personally, and wash your face or shower. A shower always wakes me up. If your still sleepy, grab your tennis shoes and go for a brisk walk or a short run. That will get you going! Give yourself plenty of time to wake up, don't just jump out of bed, throw on your clothes and try to get somewhere. That will make you so tired all day. Go to bed an extra 30 minutes just so you have time to wake up in the morning. Good luck! -Jess

For some people it takes a while for your body to adapt to change. When your body is use to a routine it can be hard to change and it can take a while to adjust! Just keep going to bed early and make this your new routine. Also make sure you are getting ENOUGH sleep!

Make your bed less comfy. Seriously, it makes so much diference, i have this one duvet cover that is soo soft, whenever i have that on i just cannot get out of bed in the morning , its too comfy to move. If i have a duvet cover that not as soft its a lot easier

I do shift work and the early ones are sooo hard to get up for! If I started work at the same time every day I think I would try one of those alarm clocks which are supposed to get brighter slowly to simulate the natural light.

i hav the same problem,i worked out how much i am actually getting and even if its enough it still feel tired when i get up at a quarter to 9 which aint really that early i think routine is the key-sleep at the same time every night if you can

have a shower as soon as you get up. That is what i do and it makes me wide awake.
