What can i do to to get rid of burning sensation in eyes?

when iam studying i always get disturbed with burning eyes.it disturbs me a lot.&i also suffer from headache

the burning is from dryness. When you are reading you are not blinking your eyes enough and they are drying out. If you take more frequent breaks, blink more or use artificial tears before reading that should help.

You might need to get your eyes checked by an optometrist. I had the same problem and needed glasses for reading. I thought I could see okay. With the glasses all symptoms went away
