Ive hurt my back,what can i do to help it?

its right at the bottom of my spine and it hurts when i do anything, is there any exercises i can do to help it?

you can do any kind of exercises to help that like tibo or just little simple exercises like walking alot or getting training

hanging off something sometimes helps my back. it needs to be a bar or ledge thats not up against a wall or something so you can dangle freely! Get better soon!!!

First get a couple of strong pain killers paracetamol or even a migrain pain pill such as imigran can help with back pain relief. that said it depends on how bad the pain is and how strong the medication is and your metabolism. If after taking a couple of pain killers you are still in pain after 24 hours from the time when you injured your back see your doctor if you trust him/her. They may need to prescribe an opiate type pain killer a morphine type or derivative. I hope you get lucky and your pain goes quickly. as for exercises see a physiotherapist for advise your doctor may be able to get you an appointment with a physio.

i srt of had problems similar to that too... my lower back kept spasming when i bent a certain waynd i was give exercises to do... one of them included lying flat out on your back on a smooth surface... suck in your stomach and then reach your pelvis up in the air... hole it for about 5-10 seconds or jusst stop if it's too apinful... this will help your lower bak loads!!!.. if it does remain bad though, see a phisiotherapist.. they always know what's best!!!

ibuprofen , and a hot water heat makes the muscles relax also you can buy heat patch for chemits, movement is the best try to do small movements so the muscles releases
