    It depends on the cause. Ask your GP about it, there are some really effective treatments. I find if I keep myself adequately hydrated, I rarely have the searing migraines I used to suffer from. It's just good old water, the all round health improver!

There are much better pain killers out there. For migraine you can't beat Imigran injections. Nurofen is no good at all for migraine.

Sometimes just sitting relaxes me. Take a tyleonel and just breathe. They dont last forever... they just seem to. Saying a prayer helps sometimes too.

i take paracetamol and ibuprofen anti-inflammatory tablets i fined these very helpful when taken together
