How long should I study each day for a perfect SAT score?

It's not how long you study, but how well you study. There is a great book with study skills to die for called, "Becoming a Master Student." Look for it at online booksellers, the older editions of it could be very cheap. It is very auspicious that you are concerned about this already. It bodes well for your future.

You are very good. Your SAT is going to be fine. I just want to state that a perfect SAT is not a guarantee for an Ivy League admission as essays have a lot of weight. What I mean is one might have a 2400 and screw up on the essays and another might have a 2200 and have better essays. the 2200 will probably be in. Admission interviews also carry weight. Get coached late in your senior high school year for face to face interviews. The high SAT though does give you an inside track for a merit based scholarship of the kind which many colleges offer. You wil most likely still have essays to do for those also. But you sound in real good shape.

I got 2 perfect scores in math and reading, but my writing score was only 720, for a total of 2320. One hour a day, at half hour each with time one hour break between each half hour.

1 hour a day. No more than that.

with that score, at least an hour a day or 3 hours per week, but just prepping on your vocab and studying for those trick math problems. By the end, you just half a perfect score :)
