What would you say is a decent SAT score?

2000/2400 or 1900/2400 (spot u in college u want to go, and u have to have at least 3.8 to beat competitons of applications to whatever college u want to go o and tons of clubs (key club will recoginze best as community service and nationwide)...

average - 1500 but to me, a decent SAT score would be one that guarantees you a spot in an Ivy League, so about 2200 =D

Well, you need at least a 2200 if you're going to have any chance on being accepted to an Ivy League school... Here are the average SAT scores of 2007 seniors: * Critical reading: 502 * Mathematics: 515 * Writing: 494 So that's 1511 total. I'm guessing for in-state colleges and universities you'd need around a 1800 at least to be considered for a scholarship.

It depends on what you're aiming for. For example, some people might feel that 1900 is bad if they're aiming higher, while others might feel that 1900 is good if they're aiming lower.

I don't guess I'm supposed to know..... LA Times threw some punches at our county for voting 98% Hillary and to those guys we are supposed to be uneducated, backward hillbillies and all the other negative profiling they could think of...however, on the national scene, our students out scored theirs by at least 15% on average. Yet, the way Hillary showed us appreciation was by her back stabbing her supporters and dragging Bill in line with Obama...so maybe LA Times is on to something after all!

to be honest, going little over average isn't good at all i would say 2000+ would be great, and 1800-1990 would be decent anything below that is not good
