How to get an IQ Test?

Where can I take a standard IQ test where you get right and true answers?

    my IQ when I was in fifth grade was 138. all the teachers kept looking at me funny and saying I could move into 6th grade. I didn't want to, my social life was more important. my life pretty much followed along those lines. I got married and had kids. I read voraciously, wanted to learn everything I could. majored in pre-med in college. but really, all I wanted was some to love me and have a family. never could understand why I was so smart when I really had no need for it. now my kids are grown, my husband left, ( he just started to bug me because he wasn't very bright). I think we are slaves to our hormones and no matter how intelligent we are, our biological urges drive us in a different direction.especially if we are female. men are more ego driven however their biological urges can hold them back as well. Men are better at being successful in both arenas though, where women have to give something up and are generally willing to do that once they have kids. Its just a hormonal driven world when you are under around 45 years old. then mens testosterone levels start to lower, women start menopause and suddenly its a different world. (too bad it couldn't be the other way around)that would go against nature though.lol

You can take your IQ test by contacting a psychologist (school or otherwise). They will know the right kind of test and make sure you are taking it under standardized conditions. DON'T take an online test! These tests lack standardization and norms and the MANY kinds of validity evidence needed to make a case for a good IQ test.

It won't tell you your smartness, only how well you did on the standardized test. There are many very smart people around who either hated language (English) or math in school and won't, therefore score well on the Stanford Binet "IQ" test because that test has both type of questions. A college that offers a Masters degree in counseling usually teaches a course in testing. Those students are always needing people to give the test to as part of their coursework.

iqtest.com. that is pretty accurate. queendom.com has a bunch of tests, and one very good iq test. it takes FOREVER though. just take the one on iqtest.com. those are just online ones though. some people say you should get one from a psychoanalyst because online tests can be unreliable, but i think the ones i listed are pretty accurate
