go to any ntuc fairprice supermart, many of them hv booth that promote ntuc fairprice card/ocbc credit card now. otherwise get an application form from the counter.

ive just got mine.they gave me a FairPrice Plus Platinum Visa but optional whether i want to activate the visa credit. Otherwise i could just use it as a Linkpoint.You will need to submit ur bank statement together wif your application form obtainable from any NTuc supermarketand it takes them 2-3wks to process.
