How do I get rid of an old scar on my face?

There is a product on the market called bio oil you can get it at boots,it fades scars but will never make then go completely.it does work I've seen it used on girls who used to cut them selves,the only other thing is to ask the doctor to prescribe you some strong foundation used for birthmarks etc,best of luck.

Check with a herbal shop. I know there are really good salves out there that work wonders on scars. Some use cayenne to bring the blood to the surface and let the other herbs work better. Also try vitamin E lotion on it. It softens and rejuvenates the skin. Most over the counter products don't work very well though from what I have heard.

There are some herbal remedies for scar, just try to make a research on the internet. My friend did have scars in some part of her body, she consulted a beauty center , but it is really an expensive treatment.

There are dermatological laser treatments that are supposed to lessen the appearance of scars. Ask a dermatologist and see what they say.

Acne scar products can work on your face, but it certainly depends on how deep the actual scar is. There's also botox injections for straightening out the skin, and chemical peel for completely eliminating the affected area. My suggestion, and what worked for me, is to use concealer for any facial blemishes.
