Can anyone please help me...cover letter for resume?(too long, but really need help)?

I wasn't getting any interviews with my resume and cover. So I googled services. But, wasn't sure if they'd be any good. So I asked friends and ended up going with Anne Marie ([email protected]). She doesn't advertise and just works online. But did a really amazing job.

I would like to apply as a part time service crew member....Do not abbreviate anything....Tell briefly why you want the job, your qualifications, and an incentive as to why they should hire you. Hardworking and learning fast could be an incentive. State if hired this will be your first job then list your other traits. You say you are a responsible person so tell how you are responsible. Have you been dependable with babysitting jobs maybe? Have you done any volunteer work? Did you maintain good grades in school? My resume is enclosed for your review, and I am available to meet with you at your convenience for an interview. Then give your contact information. I promise you that a meeting with you will not be a waste of your time. On an application fill in all the blanks. NEVER EVER note "See resume."
