How can I get rid of acne? especially body acne?

    having acne on your back can be from the residue of your shampoo/conditioner and hygene is really important its not good to shower everyday but, it should be done if you work out or something. Try to stress less drink water and have lots of vitamins. & see if you're allergic to anything and also if you wear tight clothing you're suffocating your skin causing it to break out. A scrub that works well and that's affordable i'd recommend St.ives green tea body scrub it clears body breakouts and reduces redness. it ranges from 5~8$ i believe. xxxxx
