Oh yes one of those. When you say "present a project" do you mean public speaking? People fear that almost as much as death. IF you are serious, drink bad milk. It makes everyone sick. In university some actually used baby powder on their face to make them look sick and way too pale. Or much better to go to the doctor with pain you can't describe, like in the brain! I hate school projects too but stayed up and caught up on sleep the next day.

food poisoning eat something that is already expired. yes you could get sick if you wet your chest and your back and go from cold to hot air you will get sick eventually.
