Nice rant! Keep practicing your writing, however. You need to improve.

I promise myself I won't answer questions like this, because they bring out the worst in both the person asking and those answering. But this might just be a time to make the exception. You seem to like stirring the pot. You know, I don't have an issue with that, because sometimes when it brings out the worst, it also exposes a bit of truth on both sides. Let's see, you hate Indie alternative people: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ApZYoTh4X0b.WFoZEnTPcofty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20130413003050AAZ671h What a waste of time to dwell on! And you dislike the way country people speak: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ajkfl2QqlO4ytc6V0s4dr_vsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20130120020419AAEBnD1 But yet, you write an incomprehensible train of thought piece. Makes sense. Not. Ok., so I'm not going to even read your question. It would take me an hour to decipher the babbling. But I'm going to tell you, YES some homeschooling parents are fat, lazy and poorly educated. What, you never met a fat, lazy teacher? I have. Most are pretty good on both parts. It's only scary when either think they're just about perfect. You know the type of homeschooling parent who thinks her child is perfect, and here on the internet, her house is perfectly maintained and she has time to answer 30 questions a day. Yeah, those peacock parents are *obnoxious* and that seems to be a contagious disease. Or the type of teacher who can't accept that they aren't the source of all knowledge. Yup. I see both here *every* day. Go figure. We aren't perfect. And we ought to quit insisting that nobody ever disagree with us. Makes us look foolish really. Perhaps the real issue is that you are an untrained teacher: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ajkfl2QqlO4ytc6V0s4dr_vsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20130120020419AAEBnD1 and not so great at it: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AkCTxsJjooWTlfuQ_YudhvLty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20121012092123AAocBJR It seems maybe you're the counterpart to those self-absorbed homeschooling parents whose children are the next prodigy. Takes one to know one.

Actually, my mum has an Oxford degree and is a qualified teacher. I wasn't homeschooled, btw. But you really do need to stop making such sweeping generalisations.

you know, its real easy to tear down someone else instead of working on the self that is unable to deal with problems and situations. You need to recognize the problem isn't everyone else and you have no control over others. You are creating people that do not exist except in your mind using scenarios you could not possibly know anything about, kluging them all together into one stereotypical fantasy person that does not exist. I'm sure you will not accept that fundamentalists are but a small percentage of homeschoolers - maybe 15 to 20 percent, assuming they are only 30% (the right wing political base) of the general population. And of those, very few are as your self-serving fantasy describes. I'm sorry you are so angry and have decided to target homeschoolers with your anger, but that's the wrong way to go. It will not make you a better person. Please work on your understanding and acceptance of others.

What's wrong? Are you upset that a homeschooler stole your girlfriend? Facts really don't mean much to your narrow little mind, do they? Your psychiatrist missed the mark with the Xanax. You need something for your delusions.
