Why does my stock portfolio no longer available in yahoo home page?

This might actually be an answer. I was also having the same problem. I tried logging out and back in. No joy. Then I went to finance.yahoo.com in another tab and clicked on the dropdown menu for My Portfolios. I could see my portfolios but only one at a time. The reason I looked at my portfolios on MyYahoo is because I could see all my portfolios together on a single page. Anyway, after looking at each of my portfolios in the finance.yahoo.com tab, I then went back to the MyYahoo tab and like magic, my portfolios were back on MyYahoo. So I recommend others follow this process and see if it works. Update: And then a minute later they're all gone again. Really annoying. Hope they get this fixed.

Its missing from my My Yahoo page too. You can find your portfolios at finance.yahoo.com but the summary appears to be gone from the "home" page (which is very annoying). Politically satisfied.
