Go to 360 page. click on Settings on the right hand side of the page all down the page it will give you a choice who can view your page just make it your friends and not public.or you can choose by the different categories.

u cant block someone but u can delete him/her from Ur page by go to the person's Yahoo! 360° page, and click "Ignore" ( next to add to messenger ) in the left column.

you cannot just block one person from viewing your 360 page...you can make everything on it private,then only people you invite can be able to view it.
