  • Answer:

I currently own a 2003 Aerio SX that was my adult daughters car up until a year ago. I did most of the routine maintenance on it and it has NOT had any problems. Its been a good car. I also purchsed a 2003 Aerio SX myself and drove it over 60,000 miles. I did ALL the maintenance and repair myself and had no problems with the car. The first set of "Geolander" tires wore out pretty fast - but that is a tire issue. Do not use the Geolander tires - put on Yokahama YK520's. They work well. I gave my car to my 16 year old grand daughter - and unfortunately they were hit by a van in a blizzard - not their fault and the car was totaled with no serious injuries to 4 occupants. The biggest problem with Suzuki and a lot of the problems are caused by the incompetent or outright charlatan dealers. Suzuki's volume penetration is so low that it does NOT attract good dealers.
