I was diagnosed in 1992 with COPD and I am fighting this crap every step of the way. I exercise by biking on an indoor bike 5 miles a day. I think walking out side is better but I live in Oregon on the coast and that means a lot rain and wind. I live alone, avoid all people, have my groceries delivered. My doctor is not well informed, and the IT is my best source of info. I take Symbicort and Spiriva as well as fluticazone in the form of a nasal spray. I have not smoked in nearly 30 years.
