You just open a new email account, put in your birthday the date that would make you 18 right now, and when your account is ready, go to Yahoo! Answers and go to the options where you can start your Yahoo! 360 account.

it not that hard to figure out just make an account that says you are 18 or older my little sister did and she is only 13

Not that you should do this but if you desperately need one you can lie about your age. I don't suggest you do so though!
