How can I give the best answer in Yahoo answers?

Why do people not give a best answer to questions they've asked on Yahoo! Answers?

    Because they're lazy. It's curteous to say "thank you" to someone who helps you out, so that's why I give best answers out. I doesn't so much annoy me when people do it, it simply shows their level of manners. Besides, they're losing more points by not giving out best answers, as you reclaim 2 points simply for choosing. Fair enough, some people forget, but most just can't be ars3d.

IF A BEST ANSWER IS NOT GIVEN PEOPLE WHO HAVE REACHED A CERTAIN LEVEL CAN VOTE FOR THE BEST ANSWER AFTER A FEW DAYS .
