Saab Owners...Is 185,000 miles extremely high for a Saab 900?

I am considering buying a 95 Saab 900, for under $1000 in good cond, but it has 185,000 miles. I know alot of foreign cars can make it well over 200,000 mi if taken care of. Is this ...show more

The Saab will give you way over 250,000 miles, if you take care of it. You cannot neglect a Saab, always keep up on oil and filter changes and only use synthetic high-quality oil. That is a good price for it too. My knowledge of the 626 is that they are very unreliable. Everyone I know that has one hates it, but I've never owned one. I would go for the Saab. Plus once you drive it you will love it, these cars have a way with connecting to people. I passed up a Mercedes for my Saab.

I know someone that has 260,000 miles on his Saab, and he is still driving it. I have a 2004 Saab 9-3 and I love it. I would definitively take the Saab over the Mazda.
