    Carrera -- base model, 2WD Carrera S -- same body as base model but more powerful engine, 2WD Carrera 4 -- slightly different body (nose and tail) and 4WD Carrera 4S -- same as Carrera 4 but with the more powerful "S" engine option Turbo -- turbo engine and different/wider body with side intakes near the rear wheels Any of these can be ordered as a cabriolet (convertible) with either removable hard top or soft (fabric) top. Also, of these can be ordered with a huge number of options. Look at kbb.com or edmunds.com ("price with options" feature); you can see all of the ways Porsche entices you to spend your money. The GT3 is a stripped down, normally-aspirated version of the Carrera, which is a great track-day car or launching pad for a race car. Only available as coupe. The GT2 is a maxed-out turbo--current version is 600+ HP. Only available as coupe. Hope this helps.

There is a significant differece if you look from the rear. But the front view is almost same. They are not technically different. (only the turbo version is technically different) The space, body colours, technical features, interior, instrumentation, interior materials, features are almost same. You will find differences like, Rear view, engine capacity, fuel efficiency, acceleration (tome to reach 0 - 100 kmph), Rear spiler, etc.... I suggest you to visit the showroom. Its very difficult to surf the internet and imagine what you going to buy. Porsche offers only few interior colors and many differences in accesories like.....Wheel rims, tail pipes etc...If you visit there, you can decide quickly and also imagine the thing that you re going to buy Good luck.
