    They turn on automatically. You answered your own question in the 2nd sentence. Could you perhaps rephrase the question, because it doesn't sound like anything is wrong. EDIT: I'd agree, it is probably a fuse, or perhaps the sensor died. I'd lean towards the fuse though. The high beams working throws me off a bit, because the dims should turn on as well. How about fog lights? What's the situation with them?

Check the switch on top of the turn signal switch, also low beam and high beam flick your turn signal up or down to dim
