    First guess is the relay if they stop in all scenarios. It's the usual culprit and may or may not be the same as your 4 way relay. If it's a separate relay are your 4 way flashers are working OK? If not check your bulbs and sockets. Do they stop when you're turning or just sitting at a light? Do they stop when using the lane change position or clicked all the way? Either of the above 2 could indicate a wiring problem.

turn signal inside column needs to be replaced there is av recall out on this

sounds like the switch itself is probably bad, push ur hazard button, if it works then its your switch, if not its probably the flasher relay
