so i got a oldsmobile 403 engine...and am buying a 2000 pontiac sunfire gt...since my 80 olds cutlass supreme is trash now..just wondering if it will fit...even if you have to make it ...show more

Short, realistic answer? No... sell the Olds engine or buy a '77 to '79 Buick, Olds or Pontiac that it will drop into. But, it is hardly worth it for a 185HP V-8 from one the worst era's in engine performance unless you have really invested in a major rebuild.

Even if the world's best fabricators made it fit perfectly, overall you'd have worse performance. The weight, induction, and port/valve sizes of that particularly anemic engine would result in absolutely no benefit.
