That's not much of a difference in tire size, and winter tires are always better for winter. 0.01 mph difference at 60 mph is nothing.....your speedo isn't that accurate from the factory!! The wheels will fit (your car comes with 15", and you've got a set of 16" so they will have no problem) but it's the bolt pattern and back spacing that could be an issue. Check the bolt pattern for your car and the previous car....if they match, you're in luck.
