Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West are not very far apart, and trains go between them frequently [a few minute's ride] However, the trains into the Junfrau region depart from Interlaken Ost. Keep in mind that those train networks are privately owned, and [unless things have changed], aren't covered by most railpasses. [Some Swiss-specific passes might cover some of them]

Interlaken Ost is the main station, located on Bahnhofplatz in the centre of the city. There are numerous hotels within waling distance of the station: Merkel Bahnhof Bernerhof Kerbs Touriste Central-Continental Prices range between 133 and 335 Swiss Francs per person, per night. Would reccommend the Hotel Central-Continental AG, Bahnhofstrasse 43 as it is located within easy reach of all neighbouring mountain track and cable railways.
