I'd go with what izzie is saying as you should be getting flow there if you are getting it in the other places... Have you had any mechanic or radio work done lately? Something placed in the vent can cause issues, or if the rotary knob is broken on the side of the vents but other than that you should be getting flow

Check the vacuum hoses under dash and check and see if the small vacuum motor is hooked up, hope this helps.

Most cars use a knob or wheel on the side vents to close this front vent and direct the air toward the side front windows for defrosting purposes.
