Docters say energy saving light bulb have mercury when we turn them on the mercury escape and mercury cause cancer is this true its offiicial?

Answer:
It's true that Fluorescent bulbs contain a tiny bit of mercury, but unless the bulb breaks, it's trapped inside. If this worries you, buy LED bulbs instead. Light Emitter Diodes cost more, but there is no warm up wait, they give off nearly no heat, they have a very long expected service life, and they use very little energy.

Other answers
The mercury only escapes if the bulb is dropped. That's why it's important to recycle them. Be careful not to break one in your home.
