How do I get a license to sell real estate internationally?

I have a real estate license but I don't want to sell real estate. I'd rather be an investor. Can anyone help?

Your broker will not care, you still owe him his commission. The only differance in your offers is that you have to include the fact that you are a real estate agent on them, same with anything you sell, you have to make sure everyone knows you own it right way.

the main issue: do you have the funds to be an investor? if so any broker would luv to work with you since they will be getting a commission from your puchases,

you aint got a licence.....you would have learned all these answers, just studying for the test.....but in the mean time, do 2nd grade over, and learn how to use a dictionary........................
