Well for a start Tenerife in the Canary Islands is no where near Alicante which is mainland Spain, Costa Blanca to be precise. So if you are looking for rental properties in Alicante you may find it difficult unless you speak Spanish as it is mainly not a Brit area, Brit rentals could be found in the local newspaper: http://www.costa-news.com/ Canary Island news: http://www.canarianweekly.com/
