Is it possible to have a skype installed on your phone?

Skype- I live in spain, and have just installed skype on my pc&purchased a phone. I want to call mobiles in sp?

    You can only call other people who are your contacts on SKYPE for free i.e people who are using a PC account rather than an actual phone number... To do this you need to purchase SKYPE credit. You can do this when you open the main menu as u sign in :) hope this helps! Also as far as I am aware some mobile phone networks charge a 12c connection fee for any mobile phone call no matter how long the duration, but i could be wrong! Buene suerte
