How old must you be to buy a knife in Spain?

Does anyone know where I can buy pepper spray or a pocket knife in Madrid, Spain?

    Spain is full of cutlers ' shops, 'cuchilleros' where you can buy professional knives, scissors, razors, pocket knives, hunting knives and so on. There is a good one in Barclona in Placa del Pi for example. Corte Ingles sells all types of knives in Madrid, (try the sports department). Pocket knives are usually safety lock knives, which I believe are illegal in the UK. As to pepper spray, I don't know. Never seen any so I assume that they are illegal.
