Whenever I hire a car i always use Cicar. Their prices include all insurance and they never ever charge for any scratches etc that may happen to the car as the insurance has no excess for you to pay. You can book a car online with them and if you ever choose to book with them again then you usually get an upgrade, I booked a Group A car (Polo, Corsa etc) and was given a Saab 95 convertible!
