what is salou like in spain, does it have a lively nightlife with lots of clubs and bars does it have nice beaches and is it good for shopping any advice please thanks

I been there about 5 times in recent years and it's packed with bars, restaurants and shops. the beaches are great and it's buzzing. See what this lot said

Oh yes definately, the best place my husband and myself went to, that was our honeymoon destination last July and we loved it. And definately Salou shopping is wicked for the women and night life even better. Just be careful what you buy, as you will go a couple of shops down and it will be cheaper!!!

i went there 2 years ago, there are lots of shops/bars/restaurants and quite a good night life. for better shops go to barcelona only an hour away by coach from salou. i liked salou basically because of portaventura

we went in may and the nite life had kicked in but not all, your better goin after june for everything to be open but there is and excellent bar near the front who do really brilliant english fry ups and the scottish lady who has owned it for yrs is really funny and friendly.

i went there when i was 13 with my school. I thought it was amazing, dont know much bout the night life but i do know it within easy reach of aqua water park port ventura (think thats how it pronounced,lol) theme park, theres a lot to do there im sure if u type it into google it will come up, good luck xox

i went last year it was april (stayed next door in cap salou-nice but quiet) went into salou every day as its so close-lovely beach and a million shops/bars etc-the weather was glorious too-i travel to spain (different resorts ) twice a year and can honsestly say id go back to salou (and ive never been anywhere twice) have a good time if you go x

My mate went there and she said it was pretty rubbish with not much to do. Don't think it's a dead popular holiday spot.

honest its crap, i hated it, so did all my family, we went different times of the year..its filthy and there is nothing to do
