Hi, please do this :- you have a really bad virus and the only thing to kill it is "Malwarebytes", some times this virus blocks anti-virus sites so download it using another system on to a Flash drive then use the flash drive to install it onto the infected system, then reboot and then run a FULL scan of your system, if this fails try this, reboot and press F8 as it boots up, this will take you into safe mode, then run a Full scan again. If it is still blocked & won’t install try this:- When it asks you where you would like to save it, change the "mbam_setup.exe" file to xxxxx.exe. Then install it, update it, and run a full scan in Safe mode. This will clear your system of this virus. http://malwarebytes.org/ This is also one of the best free anti-spyware programs; again always run your anti-virus software in “Safe Mode” on full scan. http://www.superantispyware.com/ This will all help you and are completely FREE downloads. Trust me this does work. Simple version of what to do:- Download “Malwarebytes” onto a UBS Memory stick using a friends system Use the free filehippo links Reboot your system As it boots up press (tap) F8 to access safe mode on your system When in SAFE MODE install “Malwarebytes” using your USB Stick copy When installed, run a full scan of all your HDD Reboot back into main windows again Update “Malwarebytes” using the update page Run another full scan of your HDD Again trust me, this will not harm your system in any way, but only kill any bad stuff on it for you. This is completely FREE, easy to do and WORKS so please try this first. Links:- http://filehippo.com/

Restart your computer and boot into safe mode. This can be accomplished by restarting the computer, pressing the F8 key as it starts up and choosing the "Safe Mode with Networking" option from the Windows boot menu. Open a browser and visit an online virus scanning website that offers free virus scans for personal and home use. Two examples of such sites from major antivirus companies are included in the Resources section of this article. Run a full virus scan of your computer with this scanner and remove any Trojan files that are found. Download and run an antimalware scan of your computer using a program like the one linked in the Resources section of this article. An antimalware program can detect certain types of Trojan files that antivirus programs aren't designed to detect and enables you to more fully scan and remove Trojan files from your computer. Restart your computer once you finish with the scans and allow it to boot up normally. Run another set of antivirus and antimalware scans of your computer with Windows booted normally to ensure that there are no more Trojan files on your computer.

The person who said Malwarebytes was probably correct. Malwarebytes can get rid of a bunch of stuff that antivirus programs can't. Adding a second antivirus is NOT a good idea. Replacing Avira isn't worth it (it's well-regarded) and I recommend AGAINST anyone removing their antivirus while they know they are infected anyway. Malware can stop the installation of antivirus programs so you are better off with one of low quality than possibly ending up with none. This also applies to other malware-removing programs. Only remove them on the instructions of experts in malware-fighting forums, not someone here at Yahoo! Answers. Try this link for a guide to using Malwarebytes: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=154672 UNLESS you have a specific name for this thing in which case search for it here (search box is down a little and on the right): http://bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/ If all else fails, join either Major Geeks or Bleeping Computer and follow their instructions for asking for help in the malware forum before posting. The main difference between the two is that Major Geeks has you run through a comprehensive cleaning guide before posting which may resolve your problem without waiting for help and Bleeping Computer has you run a few steps and then post a log, then walk you through the next steps.

You can run antivirus and antispyware programs, but the sad fact is if you have found one virus on your computer, you probably have several. Cleaning the computer now requires you to follow these steps, because modern viruses and spyware entrench themselves in files that your computer needs in order to run: 1. Virus-check your data files (not application files-- you have installer CDs for those). 2. Back up the data files, getting them off your hard drive. 3. Get your original operating system CDs that came with your computer. 4. Boot your computer from the operating system CD. 5. Select the option that erases your hard drive and then reinstall your system software. 6. Turn on your software firewall that came with your operating system. 7. Reconnect to the internet, and download *all* Windows updates, no matter how long it takes. 8. Reinstall your application software, and update the applications as much as you can. 9. Reinstall your data files. 10. Create a limited user account on your system that does *not* have administrator access, and web surf only from this account. Yes, this is a pain in the butt. No, there is no other way. No, antivirus and antispyware programs cannot fix this problem on its own. So, what do you do in the future? 1. Never click on links you find in an e-mail. 2. Never open an e-mail attachment, ever. 3. Only download files from a reputable website that you know is on the up-and-up. 4. Never use bit-torrent and other file-sharing programs. 5. Never use an unsolicited drive-checking site. 6. Turn off all java and java scripting by default, and only enable java and java scripting for sites that you know you can trust. 7. Never read an unsolicited e-mail, and delete spam immediately. It is possible to be hacked by reading an e-mail alone. Please adhere to the 'dont's' I provided above, because you will have to repeat the cleaning steps that I listed first *every time you get infected.* Anti-spyware and anti-virus programs are good to have, but they are a second line of defense. The best way to protect your system is you, and changing your behavior. Good luck!

You can't remove those unless you completely wipe your hard drive. And the longer you wait on that the more damage it's going to do to all your other hardware because your hard drive is running all screwy. So my advice is back up all your important stuff and install a clean version of Windows on your hard drive.
