First:AVG will not remove your infection it only warns you about it.Second ,malwarebites exe file here http://www.malwarebytes.org/StartUpLite.exe just click it and done. Now,read very carefully:if you can't use your infected pc do this:boot in safe mode with networking, come here and click the malwarebytes link, install, update and do a quick safe mode scan, all this in safe mode.Malwarebytes will remove the virus from your pc.If you can't run the safe mode ,just use the pc you're on now, download malwarebytes on a flash stick and start scan from the flash stright into infec ted pc.It will work,I know that.Advice?Put a better anti virus like avast or avira;AVG can't do it for you.

Well for me i would recommand getting a bootable disc(rescue CD)(you must have a Blank CD)if you can try go to DR.web or avira websites and find the rescue CD download....download it and put it into the Blank CD reboot and put the CD in it upon starting there will be a windows say.....1 2 3 click the one that you have downloaded and just scan it after that you should get your internet back download malwarebytes scan and DONE. IF you cant download the only way is to reinstall windows or call an expert with the bootable Disc they have to help you.

If it is that bad your only option is to do a complete clean reinstall of your OS. It looks like you have picked up a Trojan and it has totally trashed your OS and Registry.

I reckon the virus is still present. In safe mode, download Avast antivirus (Home Edition) here: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html . Uninstall your current antivirus and install Avast. It will give you the option of doing a boot time scan. This scan kicks in before windows is fully loaded up, giving viruses a lot less chance to hide. If this does not detect anything, I'd go down the back up and reformat root. I don't like using a computer that has been scarred by a virus. You just don't know what vulnerabilites may have been opened up.

I suggest you run a scan with malwarebytes . you can get malwarebytes here, this is a direct download link so you should have no trouble getting it. click on this link ↓ and then select run. http://www.malwarebytes.org/affiliates/2-spyware/mbam-setup.exe INSTALL IT TO YOUR DESKTOP, update it, then run a full scan and remove everything it finds. some viruses will try to disable it so if malwarebytes will not start up then go into the folder it is in and rename the mbam file to XXX then double click on the file you just renamed to start it up. after you have used malwarebytes then do this online scan. to make sure you have nothing else hiding away. http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html preferably in safe mode with networking. ☼

The Problem with not being able to remove this virus might lie in the infected virus itself rundll32 is a constantly run system process and therefore screams bloody murder at any program that trys to piss about with its operations ( like a sick kid who wont take his medicine ) any way try the following run the scans in safe mode ( try the various boots) as safe mode only loads minimal .dll and processes needed to run might give avg a better chance to catch it, you mentioned the name you caught them once but couldnt delete locate the name of the file infecting your .dll and google it im sure someone has a method for its removal
