    If you are in the center of Madrid your best bet would be the La Vaguada shopping center. It's in el Barrio del Pilar (neighbourhood). The street is Monforte de Lemos.It can be reached by bus or metro. There are stops just next to it. The summer sales start on July first in most shops, though others do begin in August. There are several other shopping centers and Factory Outlet centers but they are on the outskirts of the city (San Sebastián de los Reyes, Las Rozas, Alcorcón, etc. and not as easy to get to). http://www.madridinfosite.com/en/shopping/madrid-malls.aspx
