Cheap places to stay Barcelona?

The Ramblas. Great youth-hostel,in the center,and for only 20 euros per night more or less.There are other options,but u gotta check the Spanish youth hostel asociation for them: http://www.reaj.com/index_en.html However,they're situated worse than Ramblas. SO,my honest recomendation with no doubt,Ramblas.

Most visitors stay in or near the Ramblas or in the Gothic Quarter just to the east. This is a good base from where you can explore the city's sights by day including Gaudi's masterpiece, the unfinished Sagrada Família Cathedral, and Parc Güell in the north. If you want to be right in the think of things, I'd stay innthe Barri Gottico which is where the Ramblas are located. This is where you'll find all the bars, clubs etc and you'll be within easy walking distance to the beach and Barceloneta. There are plently of hotels and apartments around Las Ramblas which is in the heart of the city.
