What are the chances of becoming an actress or producer in Hollywood if I start acting lessons in high school?

They aren't very high but I say follow your dream. Take the risk Make the Fall If It's meant to be It's worth it all. You migh make it, you might not, who knows. You only will if you try.

You look like some one that havent decided what to do with youre life yet. First if you want to do a political career you should focus on jobs and education that can give you a future there, like buisness or lawyer or something. But if youre going for acting youll need to focus on education and experience in thoose fields and learn how to master it. As for the chances to become actor in hollywood its really depends on youre skill and contact network. If youre good enough chances increase. And yes some succesfull actors do turns into politians but out off how many actors out there, how many do that? A very small fraction. And besides most actors wouldnt even dream about being politicians, cause they love acting and cant imagine that there is anything else they could possible do. Johan.

The beauty of high school is that you do not have to know what you want to do with your life just yet. Just enjoy your experiences to discover what you do and do not like. Your mind will change many more times before you even hit your senior year.

Same chances as becoming an astronaut if you start planning for it in grade school. Or becoming President if your parents start planning for it at birth. Or becoming a stock clerk at CVS after high school if you put no thought to the future ever.
