There are so many more talented people than you and they love to act, not the fame that may come with it. People like you, who just want to be famous, end up as waitresses in the local restaurant. Every little girl wants to be famous, but slim to non actually do become famous. I would find another career, something you love to do...

My dear...everyone wants to have that. Unfortunately only very lucky ppl get it. If you wanna be a good actress, there are many ways to do it and practical ones. If you wanna be famous QUICK...there's only one way and it's not up to you. Unless the stars are aligned properly for you and you are DESTINED to be a Nicole Kidman or an Angelina Jolie...you will never achieve the fame you so seek for. And mind you, these ppl didn't get famous QUICK too. They worked.

Yeah, go to N.Y. and find some back alley agent to rep you and take your money, then come home broke. At least then you will be forced into two realizations; 1) There are no short cuts! 2) There are no short cuts! Get busy and do the work and learn the craft like every one who is serious about working in the arts..... Best of luck!

Every little girl wants to be a vet. Every little boy wants to be a sports superstar, and every teen wants to be a famous person. Becoming famous is not a quick process and is definently not easy, as implied by the way you phrased the question. It takes a lot of skill, and even more luck. You can do anything in the world, but the difficulty of achieving it is equal to the greatness of the goal. If you want a cut and dry answer- go to broadway and try to get into theatre, or go audition for movies in New York. But you'll just end up being a whore or a waiter, like most other wanna-be's.
