You should first get an agent and they will help you from there

if I were you: at this point i'd start taking acting classes and working on your skill. also start getting buddy buddy with some casting directors and anyone else in the film industry (producers, directors, and other actors) once you've made some friends and are a quite good actor ask around to see if there are any roles or auditions open. if you know the right people this should be quite simple.. also ask for a referral to a talent agent.

Show up on movie sets, and see if they need extras. They will usually take them on a spur of the moment. You can always work your way up! Or, get an agent.

You have to start in modeling first. Go to http://www.modelmayhem.com, and make an account for yourself. Set up some TFCD (free) shoots with photographers who are interested in your look, and work on building your portfolio. Then market yourself as not only available to do modeling, but acting, as well.
