Thats nearly impossible to answer, I am warm in a hanes T shirt in a blizzard, but some of my friend cry they are cold with 2 jackets and a sweater on, so what's you cold tolerance? If your middle of the road, any kind of fleece may feel to warm at 60 degrees F But it would probably be not to bad if you don't have it zipped tight.
