    I'd check out Airsoftgi.com, they have lots of sniper rifles anywhere from $100+... My recommendation is the JG Bar 10, its 135$ on airsoftgi, it comes with a scope and its 400fps. It is a bolt action rifle so you'll have to cock it before every shot... Good Luck

Airsoft station has a good selection and good prices. You can get a good one here for under a $100: http://www.airsoftstation.com/airsoft-sniper-rifles.html I would recommend the UTG Master Sniper, TSD SD96, or A&K Dragunov

The best and most affordable sniper that I have ever stumbled upon is the Echo1 USA M28. If I would buy any sniper as beginner sniper, then it would be the M28. - http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=33658 - 500+ FPS. All the reviews that I have seen about the M28 have all been quite positive! The gun carries one simple con: After some time/Airsoft battles, you may want to change the sear in the trigger assemble, which hopefully should not be that expensive. If you don't replace it, the gun may start shooting when you cock the bolt. I don't think you need the hole set. But you need that little piece which is the sear. The link below will show you what I mean: - http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=35657 - Though the M28 isn't that cheap, it is seen as a reliable and affordable sniper. Good beginner/expert sniper. If you decide to buy it, I would gladly have you're feedback/review about the performance of the gun.

The UTG L96 is pretty good, and is probably the best you're going to find for under 200 dollars, you can find it on Amazon for around 148-154.
