What do you wear to go paintballing?

    Anything that will prevent a paintball bruise will also so thick it'll hinder your movement. The best way is to not get hit...so dress comfortable to be light and quick. Use cover effectively and avoid open areas. I wear BDU's with a T-shirt and shorts underneath (that way i can take the outer layers off between rounds to cool down)

okay so, when paintballing the clothes you want to wear should be not necessarily thick, but tough. that's not to say wear leather, but the ideal clothing will be tough, lightweight, and easy to move around in. my attire consists of sweatpants with tall shinguards, a groin cup, a chest shield, and a sweat shirt, and a bandana for under my helmet.... take into account that im also playing at around 450+ fps here and usually paintball places will put you at 340ish. so you wont be needing the chest guard but i would recommend a sweater, and maybe a wool shirt to cushion the blow... other than that all you can do is dress warm :P it doesnt hurt that bad, trust me. i have friends that catch the paintballs at 300 fps bounces. :D go get em

Light 3/4s with loose jeans on top (not your best ones) On top, just wear a comfortable bra which lets you run, a tshirt and a hoodie. Comfortable running shoes are a must and id suggest a nice warm beanie hat to cover your ears under the balaclava which the paintball place SHOULD supply you with. Happy Birthday and have a good one! PS: It doesnt hurt that much. I once did a topless stag run and my back was shot to hell. But you get over in a a few minutes.
