    maybe its not about the paint & the balls maybe its the word gun some parents don't believe a child should play with guns even if its a toy i don't know what to tell u maybe if they went with u to check the stuff out them self maybe it will help getting them to go look is the thing.

Try doing some research on line about paint balls guns and accessories and the positive effects that they have on society. if you can make them look good and not appear so negative in your parents minds maybe just maybe they will let you have one. also try this. Say: Can I do a trial period; maybe borrow one of your friends gun for a couple hours. Then have your mom or dad or both go with you and show them how safe you can be with them. Make sure to use all the proper safety equipment. After all you want to make a good impression.

I wish my friends would do that. I was able to get a be-be gun and a paintball gun by just walking in that pro bass shop and my dad was interested. (Im not sure if i spelled be-be right) Prove to your parents that your perfectly capable of handling something as dangerous as a paintball gun.

theres not alot you can do, if they dont want you to get one. and most places wont even sell you paintballs or even fill the co2 tank unless your 16-18. so your parents would have to go with you all the time to get your balls and air.

Okay....first off paintball guns can be dangerous! My friend nearly went blind because he got shot in the eye when he lifted his mask....other than that, I love it and it's a LOT of fun!

Can you really blame your parents. If they get you a paint ball gun, what is next. There should be regulation on all gun sales. Kid should not be playing with gun. Its a slippery slope. What is next, you want a rifle. This is why kids shoot up schools. Please don't play with guns, even if it only shoot paint.

from what it sounds like you parents don't know enough about paintball to not let you get a gun. have them research it online or even better ask one of them to take you to a local paintball field so they can try it too. you never know they might like it. and for the danger part if your wearing a paintball mask you are in a lot less danger then if you were playing football or lacrosse or another contact sport. the only other protection you might want is a neck pad or gloves. try these things on them (your parents) and hopefully you'll get better results then before
